The Hearthstone Alzheimer Care program has been providing exceptional care for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias since 1992. A caring staff understands the needs and nuances that come with caring for those living with Alzheimer’s. The program situates residents in a place that feels like home and encourages meaningful engagement through a daily activities curriculum. This approach has been shown to help residents in all stages of memory loss to feel happier and more fulfilled while retaining a level of independence.
